1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

AAI (Ace AI) is an AI and machine learning education platform providing:

• Structured AI & ML courses with interactive quizzes
• Coding challenges and games
• Interactive REST API learning missions
• Progress tracking and leaderboards
• Premium subscription features
• AIThon — timed ML coding competitions with real datasets and prize pools

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Keeping your password secure
• All activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free and premium subscription tiers are available
• Premium plans offer additional features and higher usage limits
• Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
• Attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards
• Copy or distribute our content without permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. AIThon Competition Rules

AIThon events are timed ML coding competitions. By registering for any AIThon event, you additionally agree to the following rules. Violation of any rule may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of entry fees and prizes.

Integrity & Fair Play

• All competitions are strictly solo — team submissions or account sharing is not permitted
• You must not seek or receive external help of any kind during the competition, including from other people, AI assistants, or collaboration tools
• You must not share competition datasets, problem statements, or your solution code with anyone during the event
• You must not discuss solutions, strategies, or results with other participants until the competition has officially ended

Code & Submission Rules

• Submissions must be written in Python only
• Use of pre-trained models, external APIs, or any data source other than the provided dataset is strictly prohibited
• The competition dataset may only be downloaded after the event officially starts — not before
• Each participant is allowed up to 5 submissions per problem; the highest scoring submission counts
• Any attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or game the scoring system will result in disqualification

Entry Fees & Prizes

• Entry fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, regardless of participation or cancellation
• Expert subscribers receive free entry as a subscription benefit; this benefit does not carry cash value
• Prize disbursement is contingent on identity verification and compliance with these rules
• AAI reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of any suspected rule violation
• Prize amounts and structures are set per event and displayed on the event registration page

Enforcement

• AAI reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion for conduct that violates the spirit of fair competition
• Disqualified participants forfeit all prizes and are not entitled to a refund of entry fees
• Repeat violations may result in permanent suspension from all future AIThon events

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AAI, including quizzes, challenges, and learning materials, is owned by AAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or will meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

AAI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
